The RIS Difference–
A Total Commitment to Customer Service
The RIS difference is a combination of customized equipment, motivated craftsmen and state-of-the-art technology that enables our staff to produce higher quality foundations at a lower cost anywhere in the country. Every phase of the project is 100% internally controlled by RIS. The commitments made by RIS are not compromised by a sub-contractor’s inefficiency.

Rademacher Industrial’s reputation has spread because of maintaining this commitment to our customers.
- Industrial Concrete Experience - Our specialty foundation experience acquired through diverse installations exposes our craftsmen to a wide range of ideas. These new experiences are continually folded into our operations and made available to all of our employees.
- Design & Bidding Services - RIS offers no-cost foundation construction estimates at the machine bid stage, making turnkey bidding easier. RIS can also provide cost/structural analysis and structural engineering if required.
- Pre-Construction Planning - Starts with our customer’s requirements and works backwards, from completion date, all the way back to the start of engineering. Prior to field construction, RIS meets with plant personnel to arrange work schedules, equipment and storage needs, working hours, entry/exit and safety procedures. An open, cooperative relationship is maintained during the project to minimize plant disruption while maximizing construction.
- Off-Site Fabrication - Our 20,000 square foot fabrication plant provides an added benefit of home-base preassembly work to speed overall project completion and shorten site disruption. This advantage allows RIS to competitively purse projects at distant customer locations.
- On-Site Problem Solving - Through years of experience, a continual improvement has been made in the foundation process. Our expertise allows knowledgeable decision to be made when problems occur. Generally, this does hinder the time completion schedule or demand additional cost.
- Total Quality Management - At RIS, industrial foundations are our only business. Experience is the key. Trusting relationships built through ongoing communications with customers, installation contractors and manufacturers; the improvement process will continue for years to come.

Computer Technology Saves Time & Money
RIS utilizes the latest computer-aided design (CAD) and computer technology to provide highly accurate cost estimates, design and construction plans. To begin a project estimate, customers e-mail manufacturer’s machine drawings to RIS engineers and receive fast, accurate quotes. Foreman in the field equipped with laptop computers use CAD to pull up detailed drawings to verify dimensions and check plans. Finally, CAD drawings are downloaded to our CNC Plasma burning table to create finished parts with computer precision.
All construction drawings and site reports are kept electronically on a secure RIS server so that information is readily available to all member of the team. A project file is created for each customer including:
- Equipment drawings
- Foundation engineering drawings
- Site soil reports
- Any additional documents supplied by the customer
The folder is linked to:
- Our engineering department
- The shop assembly computer
- The sigma nest burning software on our plasma table
- Laptops carried by field supervisors and management

Comprehensive RIS Safety Program
RIS has developed a comprehensive training program to meet OSHA Standards for Confined Spaces. Highlights of the comprehensive RIS safety training program include:
- Field supervisors receive 10 hours of OSHA training each year to stay current
- First responder and first aid training for field supervisors
- Construction site safety
- Personal protective equipment
