FABRICATION ServiceS
Rademacher Industrial System (RIS) utilizes the latest computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM ) technology to provide highly accurate cost estimates, design and construction plans. Information in electronic format makes it very quick and easy to interact with customers to determine the proper location of the line in the building or propose changes to the equipment layout.
To begin a project estimate, customers e-mail manufacturer’s AutoCAD machine drawings to RIS engineers and receive fast, accurate quotes. If the customer does not have AutoCAD drawings, paper prints can be scanned or mailed to RIS. Upon acceptance of our proposal or entering into a contract, RIS can create an AutoCAD drawing based upon the information received. In those cases where information is not available, RIS has the ability, through the Mechanical Engineering Group, to inspect the equipment on site and create an AutoCAD drawing based upon these field measurements.
Foreman in the field equipped with laptop computers use CAD to pull up detailed drawings to verify dimensions and check plans. Finally, CAD drawings are downloaded to our CNC Plasma burning table to create finished parts with computer precision.
All construction drawings and site reports are kept electronically on a secure RIS server so that information is readily available to all member of the team. A project file is created for each customer including:
- Equipment drawings
- Foundation engineering drawings
- Site soil reports
- Any additional documents supplied by the customer
The folder is linked to:
- Our engineering department
- The shop assembly computer
- The sigma nest burning software on our plasma table
- Laptops carried by field supervisors & management
In our modern fabrication plant, RIS craftsmen design, manufacture and begin to pre-assemble the necessary components for the project at hand. Using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, each piece is quickly and efficiently fabricated to exacting specifications.
Pre-fabricating the work in the home base plant allows RIS to be in complete control of both the timetable and the budget. It also allows RIS to competitively pursue projects at distant or remote locations.
From start to finish, computer technology saves time and money. Contact RIS to discuss your fabrication projects.
