Token Line Concrete Foundation Installation

When I first talked to RIS, I was concerned that the distance that they would have to travel would not make them competitive. The expertise that Rademacher has developed doing this type of work and being very exclusive to this type of work has made them very competitive. The second line, which is our token line or our blanking line, is substantially larger in floor space than the Pro-Eco. It is probably floor space close to twice as large. The complexity of the embedments with the three stacking units is greatly more complex than the first unit was.
We talked to three different local concrete and construction companies and we found once again that Rademacher was more competitive than any of the local people. And, their area of expertise made it a much more comfortable feeling to have the line done by them.
I would without a doubt never entertain going with someone who had not had previous experience in putting in foundations for blanking or setting lines. It is not the normal type of work that your local contractor does.
One of the very impressive things about Rademacher Industrial, as a project manager, is always the disruption of business and the amount of time that I have to spend playing referee between outside contractors and my own facility.
